Teru's Theatre

An entry for the Only One of Any Asset Visual Novel Jam!

Synopsis:

The wonderful and entertaining puppeteer Teru has decided to put on a show! Join her in the audience as she retells one of her favourite tales of life, longing, and mysterious encounters within the forest...

The game is fully voice acted, and comes with an Auto Mode, which is a very good way to experience this linear visual novel!

The restrictions of the jam included:

•  One sprite (in our case, Teru the puppeteer's hands and dolls are the singular image with some light code)
• One background artwork
• One thousand words

• One Voice Actor

We used Unity to build this Jam to test out a few ideas we had. I hope you enjoy!
